Provides FP&A support for the US Tissue Reconstruction division through revenue and expense forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, variance analysis, trend and pricing analysis, financial reporting, and monthly close support. Partners with sales, marketing, accounting, and department leaders to manage spending, forecast costs, prepare executive business reviews, and support financial targets. Uses automation and AI to improve reporting and analytics.

Supports HR shared services through Workday and ServiceNow administration, dashboard development, data quality audits, reporting, automation, documentation, knowledge management, UAT, escalations, and process improvement. Coordinates HR operations projects, supports audit requests, maintains HR content and SOPs, and collaborates with HRIS, Payroll, HR Business Partners, and People Analytics teams to improve service delivery, workflows, and employee support.

Provide Level 1 and 2 IT support for the Haifa site: troubleshoot and maintain PCs, peripherals, endpoints, printing, AD accounts, SCCM/Intune management, Teams Voice, HMI/SCADA support, imaging/new-hire setups, SOX-compliant documentation, and data center environmental oversight.

Validate and maintain tariff and country-of-origin data, perform restricted party screening and ECCN classifications, support daily import/export operations and customs clearance, monitor regulatory changes, coordinate with cross-functional teams and external brokers, and support audits and continuous improvement of trade compliance processes.

Lead Corporate Enabling Functions FP&A, directing a team to manage budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, and risk/insurance strategy. Partner with ELT on OpEx/CapEx oversight, drive forecast accuracy, support close processes and accruals, deliver actionable financial analysis and visuals, and support special projects to inform executive decision-making and optimize returns.

Lead global HS classification, origin determination, and transatlantic tariff optimization to reduce landed costs while ensuring customs compliance. Partner with Logistics, Procurement, Engineering, and Finance to analyze product documentation, support binding rulings, model landed-cost scenarios, maintain audit-ready records, and drive trade process improvements across US-EU and EMEA supply flows.

Support commercial operations across EMEA by managing master data, preparing sales/tender/price reports and dashboards, executing quote/contract and pricing processes, coordinating cross-functional issue resolution, and maintaining data quality using ERP/CRM and contract systems.

Serve as the primary HR leader for a manufacturing facility, partnering with business leaders on performance management, talent management, employee relations, organizational design, change management, compensation, workforce planning, and leadership development to drive business results and cultural transformation.

Lead a team managing incentive compensation, territory design, and dealer contracts across multiple sales channels. Design incentive and quota programs, ensure accurate commission payouts, enforce SOX compliance, automate reporting, and partner with Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, and IT to drive scalable processes and sales behavior alignment.

Support indirect procurement for Europe with strategic supplier management (selection, contracting, performance, negotiations) and tactical PO processing in Oracle R12. Ensure timely deliveries and payments, manage European leased car fleet and office building service suppliers, drive cost reduction and process improvements, resolve supplier and invoicing issues, support iProcurement users, and complete compliance training.
