Leads strategic and operational HR for a manufacturing facility, advising leaders and employees across employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, compensation, compliance, training, safety, and organizational development. Manages HR programs, headcount, engagement, change initiatives, cross-functional projects, risk mitigation, and team development while ensuring legal and company-policy compliance.

Owns the social visual direction, translates complex business topics into engaging visual stories, identifies trends, manages high-volume creative workflows, and collaborates with social, marketing, and business teams. Uses AI-enabled tools to accelerate production while maintaining brand quality. The role also mentors teammates, incorporates feedback, and applies performance insights to optimize future content.

Own and grow major North American retail accounts, especially Walmart and Best Buy, through account strategy, joint business planning, forecasting, negotiations, P&L management, and executive relationship development. The role drives revenue, profitability, market share, assortment, pricing, merchandising, and promotional performance across in-store and e-commerce channels. It partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Product, Operations, and Training teams, while mentoring colleagues and leading strategic initiatives.

Manage major accounts, forecast and achieve budget and margin targets, expand business, negotiate product placement, coordinate cross-functional teams, resolve customer issues, and support marketing and promotional initiatives. Travel up to 50%.

Analyze structured and unstructured data using statistical and predictive modeling, build pipelines and custom data models, and produce actionable insights. Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements, clean and consolidate data, support analytic efforts and end users, document processes, and report initiative progress. Utilize cloud and open-source tools, machine learning, and data visualization to support enterprise transformation and AI use cases.

Own sourcing and supplier coordination for new product introductions: lead RFQs, evaluate and qualify suppliers, manage NPI purchase orders and material readiness, resolve shortages and risks, maintain costed BOMs and ERP data, support PPAP and supplier transitions to production.
