Lead the European Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management deployment, owning end-to-end process design, configuration, fit-gap analysis, testing, solution integrity, partner oversight, cutover, go-live, and post-launch improvements. Ensure solutions support standardized business processes, maintain global design integrity, and meet business requirements while providing status reporting and delivery oversight.

Identifies new business opportunities, converts competitive purchases, conducts outbound calls, and maintains customer relationships through CRM tools. Educates customers on products, services, and technology trends while providing solutions and exceptional service across in-store, phone, and online channels. Meets sales targets and collaborates with internal teams to strengthen customer partnerships.

Leads enterprise-wide indirect procurement strategy, governance, supplier portfolio management, contracting standards, cost optimization, risk management, and procurement transformation. Advises executives, manages procurement leaders and specialists, develops sourcing strategies, oversees category plans, drives process and technology improvements, and ensures measurable financial and operational outcomes across the organization.

Coordinates business data owners, IT teams, and system integrators through SIT, UAT, mock cutovers, and production deployment. Provides dashboards, risk reporting, training, issue resolution, and leadership updates throughout the ERP transformation.

Lead the end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance deployment across Europe. Own finance process design, configuration, fit-gap analysis, testing, controls, stakeholder alignment, system integrator deliverables, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and roadmap planning. Partner with finance, tax, audit, technical, integration, data migration, and security teams to deliver scalable solutions across multiple finance functions and legal entities.
