Lead commercial performance for the Guardian's newspaper portfolio across UK retail and subscription channels. Own in-year P&L, forecasting, pricing, promotions, distribution and circulation. Align cross-functional teams (marketing, editorial, advertising) to drive acquisitions, retention, revenue and margin, and provide trading insight to inform print strategy.

Plan, edit and commission national news and feature stories for Guardian Australia. Propose story ideas, edit copy and headlines, resolve legal issues, manage and mentor reporters, monitor news sources, and coordinate with multimedia, picture and data teams to present stories effectively.
