Leads stakeholder engagement and interface management across major airport development programs in Jeddah. Coordinates airport operators, airlines, authorities, consultants, and contractors; manages requirements, approvals, risks, dependencies, conflicts, governance, and reporting. Coordinates contract finalization, variations, document control, performance monitoring, amendments, claims analysis, and contract reporting. Supports internal and external audits, responds to inquiries, and assists with corrective actions while managing multiple contracts and deadlines.

Creates 3D architectural visualizations, renders, architectural views, graphics, and presentation materials using Lumion 3D, SketchUp, and Adobe tools. Collaborates with architects, engineers, and project teams on project, bid, and client deliverables while managing multiple assignments and meeting deadlines.

Designs electrical building services from concept through detailed design, prepares tender documents, specifications, and cost estimates, and evaluates tenders. Reviews contractor submissions, coordinates team members, manages project progress, testing, and commissioning, and attends client, consultant, site, and technical meetings. Handles authority submissions and contract administration for electrical services, along with other assigned duties.

Designs mechanical building services, including HVAC, ventilation, fire protection, plumbing, lifts, compressed air, building management, and LPG systems. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, clients, procurement bodies, and subconsultants while managing multiple deadlines and marketing materials. Strong writing, proofreading, communication, organization, formatting, and attention to detail are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems and Adobe InDesign.
