This role involves creating a sales territory, making outbound calls, collaborating with the marketing team, and closing deals with new customers.

Outside Account Executive responsible for building a sales territory: prospecting, making 70+ outbound calls weekly, attending networking events, qualifying and closing B2B deals. Collaborate with marketing, use the company CRM, follow sales process and attend weekly training. Requires frequent travel within assigned territory, a valid driver’s license and vehicle, strong communication, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Serve as primary strategic partner for high-value client accounts: run check-ins and QBRs, resolve issues, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, collaborate on tailored solutions, track retention metrics, present performance reports, and drive client satisfaction and renewals.

Serve as primary contact for inbound client requests, triage and route tickets, monitor queues for SLA adherence, provide basic technical support (password resets, account unlocks), document issues, coordinate assignments, assist reporting and process improvements, and communicate updates to clients and internal teams.
