Develops resilience frameworks, recovery plans, playbooks, governance, and capability roadmaps; identifies and closes operational and cyber resilience gaps; leads cross-functional programmes, workshops, simulations, and testing; and influences senior stakeholders to embed prevention, preparedness, response, and recovery practices.

Lead development and execution of global IT Knowledge Management strategy (ITIL4/KCS). Own knowledge lifecycle, ServiceNow knowledge capabilities, AI-enabled tooling, and shift-left/self-service initiatives. Define governance, KPIs, SLAs, and drive adoption, stakeholder engagement, supplier compliance, and capability-building to improve first-time fix, self-service deflection, and operational efficiency.

Leads project controls strategy, processes, tools, training, capability development, and performance improvement for the Submarines business. Acts as the project controls authority, provides expert guidance, coaches project teams, manages specialists, and supports project and programme delivery. Requires expertise in earned value management, project management processes, team leadership, and professional development, along with UK nationality and Security Check clearance.

Supports governance, reporting, coordination, and delivery assurance across a Cyber Security portfolio. Responsibilities include maintaining portfolio plans, dashboards, and governance packs; coordinating forums; tracking project performance, risks, dependencies, and recovery actions; analyzing portfolio data; and producing leadership updates. The role also builds relationships across technical and business teams while improving reporting consistency and governance processes.

Leads the Model Based Software Engineering capability for high-integrity aerospace systems. Responsibilities include providing technical leadership, maintaining engineering processes and regulatory compliance, planning resources and budgets, recruiting and developing personnel, managing performance, coordinating engineering and supply-chain interfaces, and driving continuous improvement, knowledge management, and best practices across global Rolls-Royce software engineering teams.

Designs, analyzes, validates, and implements electrical components and systems for submarine reactor control, instrumentation, power systems, and plant sensors. Responsibilities include translating high-level requirements into validated designs, assessing functional behavior through modelling and simulation, supporting capacity planning and strategic departmental goals, and developing procedures, tools, guidelines, and training materials.

Supports the Transformation Director and enterprise transformation team in delivering projects from idea creation through deployment. Manages workstream performance, plans, risks, dependencies, value tracking, governance reporting, stakeholder communications, change management, and Agile delivery. Provides analysis and insights to identify issues, challenge performance, and develop corrective actions across multiple business functions and contexts.

Support NSRP maintenance planning and optimisation during Base Maintenance Periods at HMNB Clyde. Assist contract development, implement inspections/testing regimes, identify availability optimisation opportunities, drive out waste, and collaborate with Joint Project Teams and external partners.
