Leads HR operations for a manufacturing business unit, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, performance management, compensation, compliance, training, HR systems, and workforce planning. Advises managers and business leaders, supervises HR and administrative staff, manages workplace support services and vendors, and partners with corporate HR on strategic initiatives. The role requires balancing strategic HR leadership with hands-on operational execution in an onsite environment.

Manage daily supply chain activities and lead strategic site-level planning. Responsibilities include inventory minimization, risk mitigation, purchase order and ETA tracking, material expedites, excess and obsolete inventory updates, issue escalation, global logistics compliance, and duty-tax processes. Improve and support Configure to Order processes, implement engineering changes, maintain SOPs and rework instructions, support NPI and DFX analysis, help develop the SFC system, define process requirements, train Production and QA teams, maintain BOMs, and assist with customer requests, production-line tours, and audits.

Manage end-to-end NPI programs for AI, server, and data center hardware: coordinate cross-functional teams, track plans and milestones, ensure manufacturing readiness, drive production ramp, identify/mitigate risks, and report status to stakeholders.

Engineering interns will support process improvement, manufacturing data analysis, process standardization, automation, and digital transformation projects at the Houston facility. They will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations teams, solve manufacturing challenges, document processes, and present findings. The internship is full-time and onsite from May through August 2027.

Summer interns will support business functions including supply chain, logistics, procurement, IT, software, data analytics, finance, accounting, HR, administration, process improvement, reporting, and documentation. Interns will work full-time onsite in Houston from May through August 2027, contributing to cross-functional projects and gaining exposure to manufacturing and global operations.

Manages NPI and RFQ business programs from planning through delivery, serving as the end-to-end owner for customer accounts. Coordinates customers, factories, R&D, suppliers, sourcing, and support teams; develops program plans, manages schedules, resolves issues, supports cost and quote proposals, assesses manufacturing requirements and material risks, and delivers business and financial results. The role requires OEM/ODM and cloud-platform experience, strong communication and organization, and approximately 25% business travel.

Coordinate and monitor new product introductions through contract manufacturing, from prototypes to mass production. Analyze project requirements, estimates, costs, and SLAs; collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and other teams; verify bills of materials, material readiness, and testing plans; identify risks and critical paths; communicate updates to customers; and support process transfer to sustaining teams.

Monitor and resolve work order, inventory, purchasing, and fixed asset discrepancies. Analyze cost variances, BOM and work order differences, inventory reports, purchase and selling price discrepancies, and fixed asset records. Support cycle counts, physical inventories, audits, and reporting. The role requires advanced Excel skills, strong analytical ability, accounting knowledge, and bilingual Chinese communication skills. The position is based in Houston with regular in-office work.

Provides day-to-day database administration and on-premises platform infrastructure support. Responsibilities include database monitoring, patching, upgrades, backup and recovery, query performance optimization, security access management, and administration of Redis, MinIO, Kafka, Windows, and Linux environments. The role also supports CI/CD pipeline operations, troubleshooting, documentation, and platform service maintenance.
