Design, build, and operate large-scale server platforms for PlayStation online services. Lead AI-enabled developer experience improvements: migrate CI/CD, build AI workflows for pipeline analysis and code review, integrate AI agents, run workshops, and support global teams to deploy AI solutions into production.

Develop, specify, and evaluate custom video-output LSI for PlayStation. Collaborate with product, hardware, software, and developers to define specs, co-design with vendors, run prototype verification, and support mass production. Perform low-level hardware analysis and C/C++ verification programming for Video I/F and high-speed interface performance and compliance.

Develop Linux-based custom drivers and evaluation/benchmark software for PlayStation custom SSDs; build automated large-scale test infrastructure; evaluate firmware, performance, reliability, and support LSI specification and mass-production activities.

Lead mid-term semiconductor development strategy for PlayStation custom chips: analyze industry and internal requirements, collaborate with experts and stakeholders, define chip strategies and partner schemes, and drive project planning and execution across internal teams and external partners.

Concept, sketch and present creative gameplay ideas; build fun, original levels using a Maya-based game editor; collaborate with cross-discipline team members and learn broad game development skills.

Join Team ASOBI as a Junior 3D Artist to create high-quality characters, props, environments and textures for PlayStation games. Collaborate with cross-discipline teams, learn production techniques, and complete a practical skills test. The role requires proficiency in 3D modeling and texturing tools, attention to detail, fast autonomous work, and a passion for cartoony art styles. Onsite in Tokyo.

Design and implement advanced physics-based gameplay systems and prototypes in C++, iterate quickly, collaborate with designers, artists, and system programmers, learn in-house engine/tools, and deliver production-quality gameplay on schedule. A practical take-home test may be required.
