Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using Oracle APEX and modern web technologies. Build and optimize complex SQL/PLSQL, configure ORDS and web servers, integrate RESTful APIs with ERP and third-party systems, enforce security and role-based access, troubleshoot performance, and document solutions while collaborating with stakeholders.

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices using Spring and Spring Boot. Build reactive applications with Spring WebFlux, implement RESTful APIs, and create CI/CD pipelines. Deploy and support containerized applications on Docker and Kubernetes, optimize SQL and NoSQL data models, troubleshoot production issues, and participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies.

Lead end-to-end delivery of insurance-focused data engineering and analytics programs. Define scope, timelines, governance, and Agile delivery. Translate insurance domain requirements (Claims, Policy, Underwriting, Billing) into data platform roadmaps. Oversee data pipelines, ETL/ELT, warehouses/lakes, and cloud implementations (Snowflake, DBT, AWS). Manage stakeholders, resource planning, KPIs, and cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, governance, and timely delivery.

Lead end-to-end delivery of IVR projects: gather requirements, translate to technical specs, manage integrations with CRM/APIs/databases, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, run UAT, and ensure on-time production rollouts while following SDLC and change management.
