Process monthly billing, credit notes, cancellations and new-business invoicing; validate new deals with Sales Operations; send invoices and account updates; resolve client billing queries and produce billing and revenue reconciliation reports.

Lead a portfolio of new product bets from discovery through commercialisation. Hire and grow product managers, set product direction and delivery standards, own pricing, packaging and go-to-market, and be accountable for commercial outcomes and customer impact. Build cross-functional partnerships and represent the program to senior leadership.

Own the Public Sector product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Unit4's ERP platform. Lead a prioritized backlog, define outcomes and success metrics, engage strategic customers and industry boards, ensure compliance/security/localisation, partner with horizontal teams, and enable go-to-market readiness to deliver measurable customer impact.
