Job Description

As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage and drive the end-to-end recruitment process globally, with a particular focus on our EMEA region. As part of our AI-first Talent Acquisition strategy, you will embrace innovative technologies and data-driven approaches to optimise hiring outcomes whilst ensuring a human-centred candidate and hiring manager experience. Your ability to combine technology, talent expertise and commercial insight will be key to attracting and securing exceptional talent for Unit4.

What You Will Do

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific hiring requirements and talent needs of teams across the organisation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on recruitment best practice, market trends, talent availability and hiring strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence hiring decisions through data, market intelligence and talent insights.

Candidate Sourcing

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify, engage and attract high-quality talent.
  • Utilise a variety of channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent communities, networking events, social media and employee referrals.
  • Implement innovative sourcing techniques to engage passive candidates and build diverse talent pipelines.

Screening and Assessment

  • Conduct comprehensive candidate screening and assessment to evaluate technical capabilities, experience, cultural alignment and long-term potential.
  • Manage interview processes and partner with hiring teams to ensure consistent and effective candidate evaluation.

Candidate Engagement

  • Create a positive and engaging candidate experience by maintaining regular communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Keep candidates informed of progress, provide timely feedback and act as their primary point of contact.
  • Connect with candidates, discuss career aspirations and opportunities, and understand what drives them to be "In business for people".

Employer Branding

  • Act as a brand ambassador for Unit4, promoting our culture, values and employee value proposition.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns that enhance Unit4's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Leverage digital channels and social media to engage talent communities and increase brand awareness.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in end-to-end technology recruitment, managing the full hiring lifecycle from sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
  • Proven success hiring across a broad range of technology disciplines and levels, from individual contributors to senior leadership and executive roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, advise and challenge hiring managers using talent market insights and recruitment expertise.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practice, sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (SmartRecruiters experience would be an advantage).
  • Demonstrated experience using AI-powered recruitment tools and technologies to support sourcing, talent engagement, screening, market intelligence, workflow automation and data-driven decision making.
  • Passion for engaging with people, building relationships and acting as an ambassador for Unit4's culture and values.
  • Commercially minded, naturally curious and able to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Tech-savvy and social media savvy, with experience or interest in employer branding, talent attraction and digital engagement.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional European languages would be highly advantageous.

Salary Range: 40,450 - 46,584 EUR
