Manage client relationships for relocation services: lead proposals, contract negotiations, implementations, SLA monitoring, profitability and billing oversight, client satisfaction, cross-selling, team mentoring, and internal project participation to drive service excellence and account growth.

Lead and manage Tri-Cities title and escrow operations, overseeing daily workflow, staffing, SOPs, compliance with state and federal regulations (RESPA, insurance), file audits, accounting controls, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely, accurate service and continuous process improvement.
