The Regional Support Supervisor will lead and develop a team of Regional Support Leads and Specialists, overseeing hiring, training, performance management, and improving service quality. They will collaborate with leadership and ensure positive agent experiences while analyzing feedback for procedural improvements.

Provides white-glove support to real estate agents, branch leaders, and office visitors. Designs role-based curricula, instructor-led and self-paced training, job aids, assessments, and support resources. Delivers workshops, coaching, train-the-trainer programs, and go-live support while partnering with operational, technology, and implementation stakeholders. Monitors completion, proficiency, adoption, and feedback metrics to improve learning effectiveness, platform utilization, and operational readiness.

Maintains salary structures, analyzes internal equity and market data, administers variable pay, audits payouts, supports leadership decisions, and partners with HR and Finance on incentive modeling. Also drives reporting automation, process improvements, and compensation analytics.
