Manage earnest money deposits, prepare/disburse funds, reconcile trust accounts, print checks and initiate wires, review files prior to funding, coordinate closings, communicate with lenders/agents/clients, and maintain compliance with trust accounting and company policies.

Manage relocation accounting deliverables including client reporting, payroll support, reconciliations, audits and vendor escalations. Serve as technical resource and liaison across operations, vendors, and account teams. Provide training, troubleshoot policy and tax issues, assist with financial management (advances, cash on account, FAM audits), and handle customer inquiries and special projects to ensure timely, accurate service.

Provide in-office support to agents, branch leaders, and marketing: troubleshoot systems, assist with onboarding and marketing (including social media), coordinate events and office operations, maintain supplies and facilities, and support recruitment and recognition activities.

Lead Oracle HCM Cloud system configuration, optimization, and roadmap development. Drive automation and AI-enabled improvements, manage releases and integrations, ensure data integrity and compliance, partner with People Operations, and deliver training and process improvements across the employee lifecycle.

Supervise and coach a pod of Regional Support Specialists while also performing RSS duties: handle escalations, manage workflow and coverage, provide agent and branch support, process transactions, maintain office operations, and coordinate with facilities/IT and onboarding teams. Frequent local travel within the St. Louis market required.

Support People Operations through Oracle HCM administration, HRIS system maintenance, data and workforce audits, transaction processing, reporting, and process automation. Lead Oracle release testing, improve operational efficiency and data quality, and collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and People Analytics to deliver accurate workforce operations and compliance.

Provide in-office support to agents and branch leaders, troubleshoot systems, assist with onboarding and agent training on company tools, manage basic social media and marketing tasks, maintain office organization and supplies, and support branch culture, events, recruiting, and cross-team coordination.
