Manage residential real estate escrow transactions from contract review through closing. Verify paperwork, title, taxes, funding, and compliance; coordinate with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, surveyors, and government agencies; resolve issues and maintain transaction timelines. Supports the Franchise Brands Legal Department through legal review of marketing, educational, vendor contract, and franchise materials. Responsibilities include state filings, international franchise due diligence, Federal Disclosure Document renewals, legal and regulatory research, complex legal projects, training materials, presentations, and management of shared legal resources. The role collaborates across franchise sales, finance, human resources, compliance, and contract administration while meeting strict deadlines and handling multiple priorities.

Provides comprehensive support to real estate agents, branch leaders, and clients across technology, processes, onboarding, marketing, scheduling, office culture, recruiting, and business planning. Manages office social media, orientations, sales meetings, recognition activities, supplies, mail, and workspace coordination. Partners with IT and facilities teams to maintain office operations and travels to regional offices as needed.

Manage a portfolio of client accounts across relocation and global mobility services. Responsibilities include client strategy, proposals, contract negotiations, implementations, SLA and satisfaction tracking, profitability, pricing, forecasting, budgeting, receivables, compliance, supplier coordination, and service improvement. The role partners with internal teams, supports operational excellence, mentors colleagues, and develops client relationships and revenue opportunities.

Lead franchise marketing strategy to attract and nurture franchise prospects across email, web, search, events, social, video, direct mail and call centers. Collaborate with Brand, Growth, Franchise Sales and cross-functional teams to build campaigns, sales enablement materials, and presentations. Deliver virtual and in-person presentations, host 1:1 prospect calls, analyze and optimize channel performance, and support franchise sales growth including targeted initiatives for Hispanic and other growth markets.

Support marketing managers and Corcoran agents by managing projects end-to-end: scheduling, meeting notes, file organization, task tracking, and process improvements. Learn and use company marketing platforms, recommend education resources, and assist with custom project submissions. Collaborate with the team to deliver marketing materials, social presence, and agent-facing communications.

Supervise and coach a pod of Regional Support Specialists while also performing RSS duties: handle escalations, manage workflow and coverage, provide agent and branch support, process transactions, maintain office operations, and coordinate with facilities/IT and onboarding teams. Frequent local travel within the St. Louis market required.
