Owns growth and key account management for enterprise clients in financial services. Responsibilities include developing client relationships, increasing retention and revenue through cross-selling and upselling, identifying new opportunities, managing governance reviews, resolving customer issues, preparing forecasts, coordinating internal delivery teams, supporting technical proposals, and ensuring timely invoice payments. Collaborates with engineering teams on end-to-end quality, participates in architecture discussions, debugs failures, maintains CI automation with Jenkins, tracks automation metrics, researches testing practices, and improves development processes. The role also requires strong programming, communication, estimation, problem-solving, and mentoring abilities.

Design, deploy, and monitor machine learning models for credit risk scoring, ensuring accuracy, interpretability, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with data engineering, product, finance, risk, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle. Maintain model performance through retraining, track regulatory developments, improve platform capabilities, and mentor junior data scientists and engineers.

Leads regional supply chain finance and MSME sales by onboarding dealers and vendors, managing relationship managers, driving transaction closures, growing revenue and AUM, and developing cross-sell opportunities. Builds relationships with anchors and lenders, oversees the transaction lifecycle through disbursal, creates sales and business plans, analyzes financial statements, and partners with Product, Legal, Risk, and Technology teams on solutions and roadmap strategy.

Manage recruitment databases, maintain data accuracy, and produce daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards. Analyze hiring metrics including turnaround time, offer-to-join ratio, and source efficiency, presenting insights to stakeholders. Coordinate data updates with recruiters and hiring managers, support hiring forecasts and productivity tracking, identify process bottlenecks, and help automate reports and templates.

Lead end-to-end project implementation, including planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, quality control, and project closure. Coordinate cross-functional teams, allocate resources, resolve challenges, and provide leadership. Partner with product and business teams to prioritize enhancements using customer feedback, market trends, and business impact. Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned.
