Supports enterprise VDI, distributed data systems, and hybrid cloud/on-premises environments for a federal customer. Responsibilities include VMware Horizon administration, Windows and Linux system administration, Tier II/III support, monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, performance tuning, incident response, access management, vulnerability remediation, backup and recovery, documentation, and disaster recovery support. The role requires on-call participation and an active Top Secret clearance, with limited remote work available after onboarding.

The role also serves as an alternate Records Management Coordinator and requires SharePoint experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and eligibility for a Secret clearance.

Supports the Army’s PFAS environmental program through deliverable tracking, documentation, regulatory analysis, data and financial reporting, audit support, communications, dashboards, briefings, and congressional reporting. The role coordinates with Army stakeholders, improves workflows and transparency, reviews technical work products, and supports compliance with PFAS, CERCLA, DERP, RCRA, and related environmental requirements.

Supports federal financial management through financial analysis, reconciliations, audit readiness, data validation, and executive reporting. Develops and maintains Tableau and Power BI dashboards, reports, datasets, scorecards, and visualizations; analyzes trends and exceptions; translates business requirements into reporting solutions; responds to leadership data requests; coordinates across teams; and mentors analysts.

Lead Department of Defense risk management and internal control programs, including assessments, Statement of Assurance support, corrective action plans, FIAR audit coordination, remediation tracking, control testing, and process improvements. Partner with leadership and auditors, identify deficiencies, strengthen control environments, and mentor junior analysts. The role requires expertise in DoD financial controls, audit readiness, federal frameworks, and internal control policies.

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications supporting U.S. Army mission requirements. Build backend services, APIs, business logic, databases, and modern web interfaces using .NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Modernize legacy applications, apply secure development practices, create database objects and documentation, participate in testing and code reviews, and collaborate with government and contractor teams. The role is primarily onsite at Rock Island Arsenal with limited work-from-home flexibility.
