Serve as the primary client contact for Ebury Mass Payments, providing front-line support for platform queries and currency trade execution, investigating and resolving payment/banking issues, delivering training and reports, managing accounts, identifying upsell opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely service for high-value/high-volume transactions.
