Owner of reliability and scalability for DataHub Cloud and enterprise deployments. Build deployment, monitoring, self-healing, and automation systems; define SLAs/SLOs, lead incident response, optimize performance/cost, and improve on-call/runbooks while partnering with product, engineering, and customer teams.

Lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap for DataHub's catalog products. Research user needs and market, translate ambiguous problems into scoped initiatives, drive cross-functional launches, create feedback loops with customers, and deliver measurable business and customer outcomes.

Partner with account executives to qualify and close enterprise deals by building demos, shaping POCs, gathering requirements, answering technical/security questions, and coordinating cross-functional teams for smooth pre- to post-sales transitions.

Manage end-to-end release cadences for open-source and managed cloud products, coordinate cross-functional teams, define go/no-go quality gates, build release automation and dashboards, identify and mitigate release risks, serve as central release contact, and run retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
