Lead operations integration for fluids/mechanical subsystems on New Glenn: develop CONOPS, support design reviews, provide real-time console support for tests and launches, define test and maintenance requirements, collaborate across design/manufacturing/software/test teams, and drive failure analysis and corrective actions to ensure safe, integrated vehicle operations.

Design, develop, and support fluid and mechanical systems for rocket engine and test facility infrastructure across the system lifecycle. Produce P&IDs, models, drawings, and analyses; apply fluid mechanics and structural fundamentals for cryogenic, propellant, and high-pressure gas systems; support hazard analyses, supplier coordination, installation, commissioning, and configuration management in Windchill.

The Mission Systems Software Test Engineer II will create test plans, document results, report software bugs, collaborate with teams, and test flight and ground software systems.

Lead and manage a portfolio of projects to integrate and scale Lunar manufacturing facilities into Blue Origin Operations. Drive facility operations, risk mitigation (including hurricane/transport protection), change management, and multi-year facility strategy. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, support transition from development to production, and communicate with executive leadership to enable safe, efficient lunar vehicle manufacturing.

The role involves managing complex projects in fabrication operations, ensuring adherence to schedules, fostering stakeholder relationships, and implementing processes to achieve organizational goals.

Support New Glenn launch readiness by developing ground software requirements, writing sequencer code, creating controller panels, and operating assigned systems. Troubleshoot anomalies during time-critical operations, perform post-flight data review, and implement process improvements to support safe, reusable human-capable launch operations.

Own requirements and verification for New Glenn launch pad fluid subsystems (piping, cryogenics, high-pressure gas, hydraulics). Collaborate with designers and cross-discipline engineers, plan subsystem tests/commissioning, support CONOPS/ICDs and design reviews, and identify/mitigate fluid compatibility, pressure, and integration risks.

Design and verify FPGA-based modem and physical-layer implementations for space communications. Architect RTL for SoC FPGAs, implement DSP/modem functions, develop UVM/self-checking verification, perform timing closure and hardware bring-up, and support radiation-tolerant, high-reliability aerospace designs.

Serve as senior finance business partner for Engines, driving budget tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, cost modeling, and KPI reporting. Perform data mining and advanced analytics (Databricks, Redshift, SQL, Python, GenAI) to inform procurement, materials, labor, and production financials. Build financial models, present executive-level insights, mitigate financial risk, and mentor junior analysts to improve program financial health and decision-making.

Serve as the primary external quality interface with government customers (NSSL, DCMA, NASA). Lead audits, present metrics, translate external requirements into internal directives, coordinate internal Quality Program Managers, consolidate program data into executive reports, and resolve cross-program quality issues to ensure compliance and certification milestones.
