Leads technical sales discussions, identifies and qualifies new business opportunities, develops customer proposals, and promotes medical device manufacturing capabilities. Performs electrical engineering work supporting production needs, including process improvements, equipment replacement, supplier changes, outsourcing, and production efficiency initiatives. Researches and documents electronic system design and functionality, evaluates engineering solutions, reviews test procedures, conducts failure analysis and inspections, and develops and implements new process technologies while meeting quality, safety, environmental, security, and regulatory requirements.

Leads global design and implementation of SAP Analytics Cloud Planning and SAP Group Reporting within an enterprise ERP transformation. Owns budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, close, reporting, controls, governance, integrations, data readiness, testing, cutover, and continuous improvement. Partners with Finance, IT, system integrators, and global sites to establish standardized processes, resolve design decisions, oversee delivery, and drive adoption across a multinational manufacturing organization.

Leads plant-level supply chain operations, including production planning, purchasing, inventory management, materials flow, logistics, supplier management, and sales and operations planning. Drives cost reduction, Lean initiatives, Kanban and PFEP implementation, schedule adherence, customer delivery performance, and regulatory compliance. Manages supply chain personnel, coordinates with enterprise teams and operations, resolves supply issues, and develops team members.

Leads IT projects from initiation through closure, managing plans, deliverables, budgets, timelines, risks, issues, communications, and cross-functional teams. Establishes and improves project management methodology, PMO processes, governance, reporting, KPIs, resource planning, demand management, and project roadmaps. Partners with business leaders to align technology initiatives with organizational goals and expected benefits while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, security, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Leads manufacturing engineering teams supporting production operations, quality, continuous improvement, product transfers, and technology launches. Owns engineering performance targets, manufacturing excellence initiatives, KPI achievement, cost controls, and compliance with quality, safety, and environmental systems. Develops engineers and supervisors, partners with Operations, R&D, Quality, Planning, and Materials, and drives strategic and tactical plans for production optimization and innovation.

Develop and optimize electrical systems, printed circuit boards, process equipment, and product test systems. The role integrates LabVIEW and TestStand, develops and validates software, documents test systems, investigates technical issues, and supports manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include leading engineering projects, collaborating cross-functionally, maintaining quality and regulatory compliance, coaching less experienced associates, and researching emerging electrical testing technologies. Occasional travel may be required.

Administers and audits corporate travel and purchasing card programs, reviewing transactions for accuracy, policy compliance, documentation, and fraud. Manages card issuance, limits, reconciliations, exceptions, delinquent payments, and employee support within Concur. Coordinates with Finance, Accounting, Accounts Payable, HR, IT, and site teams on reporting, controls, audits, and card cancellations. Provides policy guidance and training while ensuring compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and company procedures.
