Designs, develops, tests, and verifies electrical circuits and subsystems for medical devices. Responsibilities include circuit design, C/C++ code review, prototype development, bench testing, electromagnetic compatibility and safety analysis, engineering change documentation, production support, and customer issue investigations. Collaborates with manufacturing, sourcing, marketing, and cross-functional engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Leads global best-cost sourcing strategy by identifying and developing suppliers, managing RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, conducting supplier qualification and due diligence, negotiating contracts, and delivering sustainable savings. Builds strategic supplier relationships, analyzes total cost of ownership, monitors supplier performance, and partners with engineering, quality, finance, logistics, and sourcing teams to mitigate supply chain risks.

Leads trade show strategy, customer events, executive engagements, and activations for the Medical division. Oversees event planning and execution, exhibit design, vendors, budgets, teams, lead generation, KPI tracking, ROI measurement, and cross-functional collaboration. Establishes scalable event frameworks, strengthens brand presence, manages industry relationships, and optimizes trade show investments and customer experiences.

Design and sustain mechanical components for medical devices, supporting production, quality improvements, line extensions, root-cause analysis, solution evaluation, prototyping, and bench testing. Interpret clinical and customer needs, create engineering documentation including Design History Files and Device Master Records, and follow design controls, risk management, and quality-system procedures while collaborating with manufacturing, quality, regulatory, clinical, materials, operations, and marketing teams.

Develop software verification and validation strategies, test cases, and automated testing frameworks using Python and Java. Execute manual, exploratory, functional, non-functional, accuracy, reliability, and performance testing. Verify bugs, participate in Agile ceremonies, improve QA processes, and support product research activities while following SDLC, risk assessment, and compliance practices.
