Create test plans/DVPs, arrange fixtures and resources, coordinate with global teams, suppliers and customers, run tests and report results/issues, supervise technicians, ensure lab safety/5S, and support project quotations and equipment acceptance.

Design, test, and validate electrical systems for sunroofs including controllers, motors, and ECUs. Support component selection and quoting, define and run test plans, provide production electrical support, analyze failures with QE/SQE, and manage localization of motors and ECUs.
