Build IaC with Terraform/Ansible, implement observability and incident management (Prometheus/Grafana/Datadog/ELK), define SLOs/SLIs, drive vulnerability remediation, run on-call rotations, and collaborate on capacity planning, DR, and post-mortems to improve reliability.
