Supports investor relations, capital markets, banking relationships, debt and equity transactions, rating agency communications, credit analysis, borrowing base redeterminations, and investor materials. Supports treasury and accounts receivable operations, including cash positioning, forecasting, liquidity monitoring, bank reconciliations, cash application, collections, joint interest billing reconciliation, and dispute resolution. The role maintains accurate financial records, supports internal controls and process improvements, and collaborates with internal teams, banking partners, customers, and counterparties. Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities are required.

The Senior Completions Engineer optimizes unconventional well completion designs, frac efficiency, performance, costs, and operational safety. Responsibilities include technical analysis, post-job reviews, business cases, AFEs, cost forecasting, field troubleshooting, procedure development, vendor evaluation, regulatory compliance, SOP maintenance, and completion KPI monitoring. The role collaborates with drilling, production, reservoir engineering, procurement, data teams, contractors, and field personnel, with frequent travel and occasional work outside normal business hours.

Executes monthly and quarterly accounting close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, financial analysis, and internal reporting. Analyzes expenses, capital expenditures, variances, and account activity while supporting SOX controls, audits, U.S. GAAP compliance, process improvements, ERP enhancements, automation, and special projects. Partners with Operations, Finance, Land, Revenue, and accounting teams to maintain accurate and timely records.
