Provide high-level administrative and confidential support to C-suite executives across Harvest Midstream and affiliated companies. Manage complex calendars, travel, meetings, events, communications, and office operations. Prepare documents, presentations, track invoices, resolve IT issues, and lead special projects. Mentor other administrative staff and represent the executive office with discretion and professionalism.

Lead design, administration, and analytics of compensation programs including executive and incentive plans. Manage compensation strategy, benchmarking, salary planning, bonus administration, deferred compensation, compliance, and communications. Partner with Finance and HR leaders, supervise staff and vendors, and leverage systems to ensure equitable, competitive, and fiscally responsible pay practices.

Manage and mentor the IT Service Desk team to deliver hardware, software, networking, and telecom support across all locations. Develop support policies, escalate complex technical issues, coordinate deployments and infrastructure stability with sysadmins, track tickets and metrics, train staff, document procedures, recruit and manage dispersed technicians, and travel (~20%) to field offices for on-site assessments and training.

The role manages commercial activities for pipeline assets, ensuring compliance, driving optimization, and executing business development and market analysis strategies.
