The Senior-Level Associate role involves sophisticated estate planning, trust and estate administration, and mentoring junior staff in a fast-paced law firm environment.

The Senior Associate will manage a caseload of contentious, advisory, and transactional employment matters, particularly in relation to cross-border corporate transactions and litigation involving multinational clients.

The Corporate Associate will manage corporate transactions, focusing on public and private M&A, drafting agreements, and fostering client relationships.

Manage creation, maintenance, provisioning and deactivation of user accounts across Active Directory, Azure (Microsoft Entra), ADERANT and third-party services. Maintain distribution lists, shared mailboxes, Office 365 licenses, log and track requests in Ivanti, support HR and Legal approvals, provide Tier I and on-call support, document SOPs, and act as SME on account administration projects.

Manage and publish digital content across the firms website, newsletter, proposal system and other platforms. Write, edit, and maintain attorney biographies and marketing collateral; ensure quality control, AP style compliance, and data accuracy. Support content databases, audits, reporting, cross-functional coordination, workflow improvements, and departmental projects.

Mid-level corporate associate to join a capital markets practice handling U.S. and cross-border securities transactions for public companies, including IPOs, debt offerings, SPAC/de-SPAC and PIPE transactions. Duties include drafting and negotiating transaction and offering documents, advising on SEC reporting and disclosure obligations, conducting and coordinating due diligence, and counseling on corporate governance and listing standards. Client contact and project management in fast-paced deal teams required.

Mid-level attorney (3-5 years) to support the Digital Infrastructure practice, handling data center acquisitions, leases, development deals, SLAs, loan and JV agreements. Requires strong drafting, negotiation, writing, interpersonal skills, and ability to manage heavy workload. Must be admitted or eligible for admission to the relevant jurisdiction. Provide real estate transaction support to attorneys and paralegals, preparing closing deliverables, ordering UCC searches, EINs, surveys, title commitments, organizing files, tracking deal and signature statuses, maintaining data rooms and checklists, preparing closing binders, and performing document review and miscellaneous paralegal assistance.

Serve as a practice-facing attorney driving legal technology adoption, generative AI integration, process improvement, and client-facing solutions. Manage innovation projects, design workflows and dashboards, train and support attorneys, capture knowledge, and collaborate across practice groups to improve legal service delivery and client value.

Provide onsite secretarial and administrative support to a team of lawyers: prepare and format documents, manage correspondence, calendars, VDRs, billing/matter setup, expense and time records, liaise with clients and internal departments, and assist Business Development and Billing tasks. Must work in Polish and English.
