Handle custom liability claims from inception to closure for assigned accounts. Investigate facts, review coverage, set reserves, negotiate settlements, direct and coordinate defense counsel, prepare cases for trial, and support underwriting and loss control. Maintain accurate file notes, diary systems, and follow company protocols while interacting with insureds and brokers. Participate in special projects as required.

Build .NET/C# integrations, Azure Functions/Logic Apps, Service Bus messaging, and API Management. Implement guardrails, distributed tracing, evaluation pipelines, and mentor junior developers.

Perform ratemaking, profitability and loss-trend analyses, ISO rate impact and competitor analyses for commercial lines. Support state rate filings, integrate actuarial results using AI and visualization tools, update rating factors in SQL Server, and communicate findings to senior management and underwriters.

Develop and maintain pricing and underwriting tools, automate ratemaking and reporting, perform reinsurance pricing and reserving estimates, analyze profitability and loss trends, provide strategic pricing recommendations, partner with underwriting/product teams, communicate findings to stakeholders, and lead special projects to improve pricing accuracy and profitability.
