Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, control testing, SOX and compliance reviews for insurance and financial-services clients. Assess process effectiveness, develop recommendations, support control design and implementation, and manage engagement plans, timelines, budgets, and reporting. Supervise and mentor associates and interns while delivering client engagements and applying internal-control frameworks such as COSO and IIA IPPF.

Leads domestic and international royalty, licensing, participation, and contract compliance audits from planning through settlement support. Responsibilities include interpreting agreements, directing fieldwork, analyzing financial and operational records, identifying recoveries, preparing executive reports, managing client and third-party relationships, using analytics and visualization tools, and supervising audit staff. The role also oversees budgets, staffing, schedules, risk-based audit selection, quality reviews, and continuous improvement across a global portfolio.

Help clients improve risk management and control programs while coordinating project tasks, analyzing business and technology risks, collaborating across service lines, meeting performance metrics, and delivering high-quality client service.

Manages insurance-focused risk and controls consulting engagements, including process reviews, SOX compliance, internal audits, control testing, risk assessments, process optimization, and technology-enabled analytics. Oversees project financials, scheduling, quality, client relationships, business development, and staff development. Advises insurance and financial services clients on internal control, compliance, fraud prevention, cost reduction, and operational effectiveness.

Conduct internal audit, SOX, risk management, and internal control assessments for clients. Review business processes, evaluate control design and operating effectiveness, develop audit workplans and recommendations, and support engagement planning, budgets, timelines, and reporting. Leads global GTM and marketing integration for acquired platform firms. Owns integrated plans, governance, milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets, technology transitions, executive reporting, and BAU handoffs. Coordinates specialized teams across brand, creative, sales enablement, proposals, marketing operations, CRM, reporting, and analytics. Establishes integration playbooks, operating rhythms, decision forums, and change-management processes while translating ambiguity into recommendations and ensuring successful execution across multiple integration waves.

Leads global procurement integration across acquired entities, including Procure-to-Pay process rollouts, ERP transition planning, onboarding, adoption, governance, and change management. Manages category managers and buyers/analysts, drives strategic sourcing, negotiations, savings delivery, automation opportunities, and stakeholder alignment with executive leadership. Builds repeatable implementation playbooks, tracks risks and SLAs, and ensures procurement milestones support broader integration and value-creation timelines.
