Develop and run FEM simulations, build and validate simulation models, implement advanced polymer and foam material models, perform CFD and vibroacoustic analyses, and share simulation expertise across mechanical R&D to optimize hearing instruments and accessories.

Build AI-augmented automation for software engineering processes (planning, compliance, reporting). Map current processes, implement LLM-based solutions (prompts, RAG, agents), validate with users, deploy and operate end-to-end, measure impact versus baseline, and integrate data from Azure DevOps, Microsoft Graph, JSON/CSV and documents.

Manage end-to-end fixed asset and project accounting: asset creation, capitalization, transfers, retirements, CWIP, depreciation runs, reconciliations, impairment assessments, and month-end close. Maintain Fixed Asset Register, liaise with asset owners and stakeholders, support audits, and drive process improvements across multiple geographies using ERP systems and Excel.

Support month-end close by posting journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, variance analysis, and reporting packages. Assist management reporting, internal controls, data accuracy, and process improvement within the Record to Report function.

Provide product and clinical support and training for GN Hearing products across NSW. Work with Account Managers to drive sales, build strong client relationships, resolve technical/audiological issues, and represent the company at meetings and industry events. Extensive travel within NSW and periodic interstate travel required.
