Lead sales strategy and execution, build and maintain customer relationships, analyze sales performance and market trends, pursue new markets and business development, represent the company at industry events, and support growth through negotiation and innovative solutions.

Provide technical support to regional customers, execute testing and design work, ensure compliance with customer and internal standards, track KPIs and program performance, and coordinate cost, supply chain, and material planning. Collaborate cross-functionally, drive continuous improvement, and travel to support customer visits and field service.

Lead and manage the full employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, performance, employee relations, benefits support, compliance with employment laws, HRIS data maintenance, and strategic HR initiatives (workforce planning, learning, diversity, compensation) supporting global and regional business units.

Define and maintain production standard methods, SOPs and process documentation. Support training, troubleshoot manufacturing issues affecting SQDC, and collaborate with quality to implement improvements using lean tools, process mapping, and core automotive quality standards.

Process and post incoming supplier invoices, manage full-cycle accounts payable in SAP/Coupa, clear open items, support month- and year-end closes, handle vendor inquiries, intercompany netting, dunnings, and act as backup for colleagues while identifying and reporting risks to the Team Lead.

Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules for a high‑SKU manufacturing operation; balance demand, inventory, capacity, labor, and materials; manage ERP/MRP work orders; analyze performance and KPIs; coordinate with production, procurement, sales, and customer service; support S&OP and continuous improvement efforts.

Support monthly reporting and project tracking; create SCM and logistics reports, chart templates for meetings, and cost center target/actual comparisons; prepare report documentation and assist with administrative processes.
