Serves as the primary customer quality contact, investigates complaints, leads audits and corrective actions, maintains ISO-compliant quality systems, analyzes manufacturing trends, coordinates PPAP submissions, manages measurement and calibration activities, and supports continuous improvement. Leads ERP and enterprise application teams across multiple locations; owns SAP, Salesforce, MasterControl, IQMS, integrations, support, security, data governance, vendor relationships, budgets, roadmaps, and operational reliability. Partners with global process owners across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance, and commercial functions to deliver scalable solutions, compliance, continuous improvement, and digital transformation initiatives.

Own and grow a diverse customer portfolio by aligning customer strategies, analyzing needs, conducting technical and commercial negotiations, and developing new business. Coordinate globally across internal teams and regions, support product and market development, and contribute to e-mobility transformation through innovative technical sales and customer-focused solutions.

Lead development and deployment of a group-wide Compliance Management System, strengthen decentralized governance and reporting, conduct compliance risk assessments and investigations, run training and monitoring programs, enable compliance technology, and support compliance projects and M&A integration across business units.

Mandatory internship in Purchasing (Einkauf). The intern will perform various tasks and responsibilities depending on the department assignment, supporting procurement activities, administrative tasks, and departmental projects as needed.

Manage day-to-day accounting, monthly and annual closings, tax filings, group consolidation, internal reporting, budgeting support, internal controls, HR/payroll support, and continuous financial process optimization.

Apprenticeship in warehouse logistics involving receiving and checking deliveries, storing and organizing inventory, moving materials to production, picking and shipping orders, ensuring quality, and contributing to process improvements. Hands-on teamwork and basic computer skills are expected.
