Lead executive and critical hiring efforts across the company by sourcing, talent-mapping, cultivating candidate relationships, and partnering with cross-functional HR teams. The Lead Patent Counsel drafts and prosecutes patent applications related to 3GPP technologies, collaborates with inventors, and evaluates patent applications regularly.
