Own a portfolio of named software accounts, serving as the primary commercial contact. Responsibilities include retaining customers, negotiating renewals, growing revenue, identifying new opportunities, managing pipelines and forecasts, responding to RFIs and RFPs, developing account plans, and building relationships with technical and business stakeholders. The role collaborates with sales specialists, Customer Success, Finance, and Deal Desk while maintaining accurate CRM documentation and providing account insights to leadership.

Qualify inbound and outbound leads for STARLIMS, rapidly respond to prospects, book high-quality meetings for Account Executives, maintain CRM records, research accounts, capture customer requirements, and provide feedback to sales and marketing to help grow pipeline and conversions.

Design, build, and maintain core LIMS software across the SDLC; own architecture, data management, business rules, and embedded control components; plan installations/upgrades, provide operational support, ensure compliance and documentation, and mentor junior engineers.

Provide timely remote and on-site technical support for STARLIMS, owning tickets end-to-end, troubleshooting application and database issues, collaborating with engineering and stakeholders, recommending system improvements, and contributing to global support knowledge and process enhancements.

Provide ownership of technical support tickets for the STARLIMS application: investigate, troubleshoot, resolve or escalate issues, communicate with customers, collaborate with engineering, contribute to knowledge sharing and support process improvements, and perform on-site visits within Singapore as needed.

Own and administer the Workday Adaptive Planning environment and its integrations, build automated consolidated financial reports, manage expense budgeting and full P&L reporting, drive ACV/ARR forecasting and SaaS metrics analysis, partner with executives on forecasts and board reporting, and identify process automation opportunities to scale financial planning systems.

Drive expansion revenue within an assigned enterprise portfolio by identifying whitespace, building business cases, and closing upsell/cross-sell deals (additional sites, usage, and adjacent products). Own pipeline, forecasting, and account plans while collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Finance, and Deal Desk to coordinate multi-stakeholder technical and commercial closes.

Partner with the CEO and executive team to translate strategy into actionable plans, run cross-functional programs (product launches, M&A integration, GTM), own ELT and board meeting operations, build company-wide OKR and QBR processes, and create reporting systems that drive accountability and execution.
