Provide superior client services for Fund Administration by managing client/investor data, ensuring accuracy, and collaborating with teams on data systems.

Lead and supervise corporate secretarial operations for complex, multi-jurisdictional client portfolios. Review and approve junior deliverables, draft minutes and resolutions, organize board meetings, ensure regulatory compliance with Luxembourg law, coordinate document execution and filings, mentor staff, drive process improvements, and support client onboarding and business development.
