Lead and develop a Solution Engineering team to drive technical strategy across the sales cycle. Partner with Sales to prioritize pipeline, deliver high-impact demos, coach on value-driven solutions, feed product insights to Engineering, recruit and onboard SEs, and define performance metrics and enablement resources to accelerate deal velocity and customer trust.

Lead Product Marketing to define positioning, GTM strategy, and launches for Storyblok. Drive sales enablement, analyst relations, review-platform presence, website CRO, and mentor a product marketing team to increase adoption, revenue, and market leadership.

Own AP and GL processes including vendor onboarding, invoice-to-pay, payment execution, bank reconciliations, and VAT compliance across EU/UK. Support bookkeeping, accruals, financial reporting, credit card expense workflows, and lead AI-driven automation and tooling projects in collaboration with Finance and Engineering.

Own end-to-end implementation for customers: scope discovery, translate requirements into SOWs, engage and manage delivery partners, resolve delivery risks, maintain senior client relationships, support commercial expansion, and feed product and partner insights into GTM and product teams.
