Lead Salesforce architecture, governance, data quality, integrations, releases, and adoption across GTM workflows. Own Sales Cloud, Pardot/Account Engagement, DealHub CPQ integrations, lead-to-cash processes, and vendor/platform evaluation for CDP and marketing clouds. Coordinate implementation and enablement with RevOps, Marketing Ops, Data, Finance, Legal, and partners.

Build and run global deal operations: design intake/approval workflows in DealHub CPQ, support Sales on deal construction, coordinate Legal and Finance for contract and revenue readiness, translate pricing/packaging/NPI into field processes, and own quote-to-cash handoffs, KPIs, defect logs, and continuous improvement with automation/AI opportunities.

Lead and develop a Solution Engineering team to drive technical strategy across the sales cycle. Partner with Sales to prioritize pipeline, deliver high-impact demos, coach on value-driven solutions, feed product insights to Engineering, recruit and onboard SEs, and define performance metrics and enablement resources to accelerate deal velocity and customer trust.

Lead Product Marketing to define positioning, GTM strategy, and launches for Storyblok. Drive sales enablement, analyst relations, review-platform presence, website CRO, and mentor a product marketing team to increase adoption, revenue, and market leadership.
