The Partner Manager will build and scale Storyblok’s USA ecosystem of implementation partners and solution integrators. Responsibilities include recruiting and activating partners, developing regional go-to-market plans, coordinating co-selling with enterprise account executives, enabling partners, supporting complex sales cycles, tracking partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, coordinating customer handoffs, and driving partner-led expansion and field marketing. The role requires strong B2B SaaS channel experience, enterprise co-selling expertise, analytical skills, and cross-functional influence.

Own the multi-year vision, roadmap, performance, discovery, release strategy, and business cases for a key Storyblok product area. Partner with engineering, design, and Developer Experience teams on APIs, SDKs, documentation, and platform standards. Lead cross-functional stakeholders, define metrics, communicate with executives, customers, and analysts, shape product culture, represent the product externally, and mentor other product managers.

Build developer advocacy and support for Storyblok’s headless CMS through code samples, prototypes, tutorials, documentation, workshops, demos, videos, and public speaking. Support developers, agencies, and enterprise customers with APIs, SDKs, plugins, and custom solutions. Contribute to open-source projects, identify technical issues and product gaps, engage developer communities, influence the product roadmap, and represent Storyblok at events.

Lead the Foundations & Enablement engineering team, supporting delivery, people development, hiring, and process improvement. Own engineering-wide standards, CI/CD, security practices, developer experience, and shared platform capabilities. Balance platform roadmaps with requests from product teams, partner with Infrastructure, guide technical decisions, resolve blockers, and foster documentation, coaching, and collaboration across a distributed engineering organization.

Create and maintain developer-focused documentation, tutorials, guides, FAQs, API documentation, training materials, code samples, prototypes, and sample applications for Storyblok’s headless CMS. Collaborate with developers, agencies, customers, and internal teams to explain technical concepts, resolve blockers, and improve product adoption. The role requires web development expertise, technical writing experience, API knowledge, JavaScript framework familiarity, Git proficiency, independent work, and strong communication.

Create and maintain developer-focused documentation, tutorials, API docs, and code samples for Storyblok. Collaborate with engineering and product teams, mentor teammates, resolve blockers, and continuously improve documentation quality and developer experience.

Lead Salesforce architecture, governance, data quality, integrations, releases, and adoption across GTM workflows. Own Sales Cloud, Pardot/Account Engagement, DealHub CPQ integrations, lead-to-cash processes, and vendor/platform evaluation for CDP and marketing clouds. Coordinate implementation and enablement with RevOps, Marketing Ops, Data, Finance, Legal, and partners.

Build and run global deal operations: design intake/approval workflows in DealHub CPQ, support Sales on deal construction, coordinate Legal and Finance for contract and revenue readiness, translate pricing/packaging/NPI into field processes, and own quote-to-cash handoffs, KPIs, defect logs, and continuous improvement with automation/AI opportunities.

Lead Product Marketing to define positioning, GTM strategy, and launches for Storyblok. Drive sales enablement, analyst relations, review-platform presence, website CRO, and mentor a product marketing team to increase adoption, revenue, and market leadership.

As a Senior QA Engineer, you'll ensure the quality of Storyblok's CMS platform, design and maintain automated tests using Playwright and TypeScript, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate coding standards and drive continuous improvement in QA processes.
