Develop, implement and support low-latency trading algorithms and analytics (multi-leg spreads, baskets, market making, VWAP, participation) within the FlexStrategy Server framework. Configure, deploy, upgrade and support FlexTrade Order Management System for sell-side clients. Troubleshoot production issues, design and test workflows, collaborate with product, QA, developers and trading desks to deliver and maintain OMS functionality.

Client-facing developer supporting a multi-asset order management system: build client-specific features in Java/Scala on Linux, create monitoring/testing tools, investigate issues using logs/source/db, and provide email/phone support. Requires a CS degree, strong SQL, concurrent programming, and Linux command-line skills; prior finance/OMS experience preferred.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services in Golang, build RESTful APIs and microservices, manage AWS cloud infrastructure, integrate Redis caching, optimize performance and security, collaborate across teams, and follow CI/CD and containerization best practices.
