About You:

As a hands-on HR Generalist, you will manage end-to-end HR operations and the complete employee lifecycle in a fast-paced IT environment, including onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, HRIS management, and employee support. You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of handling multiple priorities, working independently, and collaborating with cross-functional teams while maintaining confidentiality and delivering a seamless employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle in a fast-paced IT environment.

  • Manage onboarding and exit processes, including documentation and employee records

  • Handle payroll inputs, leave management, and compensation support

  • Work on HRIS (BambooHR or similar) for data accuracy and reporting

  • Vendor Management - HR/Admin vendors and stakeholder coordination (Finance, IT, Admin)

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communications

  • Ensure policy compliance and audit readiness

  • Support recruitment activities, offer rollouts, and background verification

  • Handle employee queries, letters, and HR operations tasks

  • Support Employees Travels & coordinate Visa process & paperwork.

  • Employee Benefits co-ordination as required, preferably

  • 5 to 6 years HR Generalist experience in IT/Software industry

  • Based in Pune; comfortable with work from office ( 5 days )

  • Strong HR operations and employee lifecycle management experience

  • Hands-on with HRIS tools and Payroll processes, HR Audits & Compliance

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills

  • Stable career background

  • Immediate/Early joiners preferred
