Designs, develops, validates, and improves electrical systems and components for automotive manufacturing. Responsibilities include circuit design and simulation, embedded microcontroller applications, EMC and thermal analysis, technical documentation, engineering software use, and coordination of manufacturing, installation, testing, suppliers, OEMs, and cross-functional teams. The role requires managing multiple projects while ensuring compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, reliability expectations, and applicable codes.

Oversee all financial operations for a manufacturing plant, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, audits, tax compliance, internal controls, inventory costing, and financial analysis. The Controller supports plant leadership with business decision-making, manages accounting-related departments, safeguards company assets, and ensures accurate and timely financial records and reports.

Supports plant-wide quality improvement, PPAP, customer and supplier quality requirements, process audits, corrective actions, SPC reporting, calibration systems, prototype builds, and compliance with ISO/IATF standards. The role works with manufacturing, customers, and suppliers to resolve quality issues, improve processes, manage nonconforming material, maintain documentation, and ensure products meet engineering and customer specifications.

Coordinates tooling for new and modified automotive manufacturing programs. Manages tooling timelines, vendor quotes, designs, tryouts, installations, engineering changes, budgets, and project risks. Develops DFMEA, PFMEA, process flows, setup sheets, and quality documentation. Supports metal stamping, forming die, welding, process improvement, cost reduction, production launches, and customer engineering activities while maintaining quality, safety, and environmental standards.
