Design workload models, test plans, and distributed test infrastructure; run load, stress, endurance, spike, and volume tests. Monitor with APM/tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, NewRelic, CloudWatch), analyze bottlenecks, tune JVM and systems, collaborate with Dev/Infra, support CI/CD and Agile, run PoCs, and present findings to stakeholders.

Test CICS online screens, batch jobs, and Mainframe workflows; create/execute/monitor JCL; maintain VSAM/flat files test data; debug using Mainframe tools and logs; collaborate to resolve defects. TOSCA automation experience and knowledge of Mexico payments (SPEI, settlement, message validation) are desired.

Lead and execute chaos engineering lifecycle: plan, design, automate and report resilience and high-availability tests. Schedule and run recovery experiments, analyze architectures for failure points, automate experiments with chaos tools, troubleshoot CI/CD failures, and collaborate with business, architecture, and development teams to improve system resiliency.

Provide L2 application support: troubleshoot and resolve production issues, analyze logs and root causes, manage incidents and change processes, automate monitoring/health restoration, build runbooks, and produce health and trend reports to improve application stability.

Design, build, and operate high-performance API-first backend services for a high-volume consumer engagement platform. Own system health and uptime, participate in on-call rotations and postmortems, implement CI/CD, automated testing, and observability, modernize legacy services, and collaborate with product and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
