Lead and coordinate global employee experience and culture programs (recognition, ERGs, mentoring, onboarding, communities). Provide change management support for HR and business transformations, build stakeholder maps, develop adoption/readiness plans, track adoption and engagement metrics, coach leaders, partner with HR/Communications/Learning, and use AI tools to improve program administration and outcomes.

Consult with clients to gather requirements, configure and deploy PAR OPS across store and corporate environments, manage implementations and pilots, train end users, deliver Level II support, coordinate integrations, perform data analysis, document projects, and contribute to knowledge resources and after-hours support rotation.

Own retailer onboarding and weekly scan-data submission health, serve as primary contact for retailers and CPG partners (Altria, RJR), publish weekly health dashboards, coordinate engineering and customer success, route and track issues to closure, and enforce ticket-based workflows.
