Performs independent credit underwriting and analysis for small business loans, including financial statement spreading, cash flow, guarantor, collateral, risk rating, and industry analysis. Prepares credit memos and loan presentation packets, makes decisions within lending authority, maintains documentation, supports customers, and ensures compliance with lending policies, laws, BSA/AML requirements, and internal controls. Uses bank lending systems and manages multiple deadlines while working independently.
