Leads a functional team of engineers developing electronics products from concept through production. Responsibilities include technical reviews, design evaluation, testing, risk mitigation, project execution, budgeting, process improvement, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional alignment. The role also mentors engineers, manages team strategy and performance, and provides technical guidance while supporting defense and aerospace programs subject to DoD clearance and ITAR restrictions.

Provides quality engineering support across aerospace and defense manufacturing programs from proposal through shipment. Leads FMEAs, audits, supplier quality activities, corrective actions, process improvements, and production quality initiatives. The role interprets quality standards, engineering specifications, drawings, and GD&T; applies SPC and continuous improvement methods; collaborates with engineering, customers, and suppliers; and monitors supplier performance and action plans.

Leads the accounting function, monthly close, financial controls, audits, compliance, cash and working capital oversight. Provides US GAAP guidance, develops accounting talent, drives process improvements, and supports acquisition due diligence and integration. The Controller partners across Finance, Legal, Tax, Treasury, HR, IT, and business leadership to build a scalable, disciplined accounting organization.
