Handle customer queries about undelivered or faulty home orders, book deliveries, manage order tracking, process returns, and respond via email, chat, and voice channels.

Perform P&C loss reserving analyses using actuarial best practices, maintain reserving datasets, build automated workflows, prepare regulatory and reserve committee documentation, and collaborate with claims, finance, underwriting, and actuarial teams to explain reserve movements and identify emerging loss trends.

Lead and manage client engagements delivering data, analytics, and AI-driven solutions. Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure project delivery, drive collaboration with clients, and support transformation initiatives to improve operations and outcomes.

Provide transaction monitoring, coaching, floor support, and training needs identification. Handle calls/transactions, process improvements, mentor team members, create refresher training, and liaise with onshore/client SMEs to resolve escalations and improve performance.

Perform analysis and reporting for travel-business operations, produce insights, support stakeholders and team coordination. Role prefers B.Com, requires travel-business knowledge; IATA certification is optional.

Lead and oversee enterprise-wide data modelling initiatives, align modelling practices with organizational strategy, and provide executive-level strategic guidance to ensure high-impact outcomes.

Perform assigned audit activities: set priorities, schedule appointments, review business records, prepare written audit reports, meet with managers to discuss findings and implement actions, and transmit reports. Audit work may require travel to site locations.
