Perform life actuarial functions supporting life insurance products. Responsibilities are broadly defined as life actuarial work and related tasks.

Lead HR strategy for the Insurance division across the Americas, advising senior leaders on resource planning, talent acquisition, development, performance management, organizational design, change management, and HR analytics to drive organizational effectiveness and culture transformation.

Design, develop and maintain conceptual, logical and physical enterprise data models. Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions, define source-to-target mappings, support relational and NoSQL implementations, optimise performance, drive data modelling standards, perform reverse engineering, and advise stakeholders on data architecture, governance and integration throughout project lifecycles.

Support compliance with income tax laws and regulations by researching tax rules, gathering data from internal stakeholders, preparing and maintaining workpapers for federal, state, and local tax filings, storing correspondence in the document repository, and completing ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Design, build, and run automated test scripts and frameworks (UI and API) using Selenium and TestComplete. Execute API automation, integrate tests with CI/CD and test-management tools, and work within Agile teams to ensure software quality.

Lead and own financial accounting and reporting processes, drive timely close and reconciliations (AR/Cash/Bank), support audits, liaise with stakeholders, identify improvements, and manage escalations and special projects.

Lead a team to develop strategy, allocate and manage resources, run team meetings, and track performance metrics to ensure goals are met and operations run efficiently.

Manage and deliver risk analytics projects, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, provide strategic guidance on analytics practices, and lead a team of risk analysts to align analytics work with business goals.

Design, implement, and operate enterprise-scale multi-cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure) infrastructure. Build IaC modules with Terraform/Terragrunt, manage Kubernetes platforms (GKE/EKS/AKS), create CI/CD pipelines, implement observability, security (IAM/RBAC, secrets), cost optimization, DR, and SRE practices (SLIs/SLOs, alerting, incident response).

Serve as primary contact for BlackLine administration and management. Oversee GL Reconciliation, Task and Matching modules, manage GL balances and pooling, perform variance analysis between periods, and ensure accurate reporting and control of reconciliations and tasks. Support and administer BlackLine-related changes for the business.
