Provide remote and on‑site IT support for small and mid‑sized clients, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, perform installations and configurations, collaborate with teammates, and maintain strong customer service and communication while responding to emergencies.

Support client strategy teams by coordinating executive business reviews, monitoring client health, surfacing risks, driving issue resolution, and supporting onboarding, renewals, invoicing, and cross-functional client communications to improve retention and satisfaction.
