Serve as the onsite operational resource for the Napa office, managing office operations, inventory and asset logistics, facilities coordination, onboarding support, employee engagement, vendor relations, and process improvements to ensure a welcoming, organized, and efficiently run workplace.

Support Client Strategy teams by preparing EBRs and client check-ins, analyzing client health and dashboards, driving issue resolution and escalations, assisting onboarding/renewals/invoicing, and collaborating across Finance, Services, Support, and Sales to improve retention and satisfaction.

Provide remote and occasional onsite IT support for small and mid-sized clients, troubleshoot systems and networks, perform installations/configurations, collaborate with team members, manage multiple priorities, and respond to emergencies while delivering excellent customer service.
