Design and develop technical HVAC training programs and learning assets across modalities (ILT, VILT, eLearning, video). Lead and conduct quality investigations and data analysis (Pareto, frequency, 5 Whys); resolve quality issues with cross-functional teams; train staff on RCCA, poka-yoke, ISO, SOPs and Kaizen; prepare Kaizen reports; perform process capability (CpK) studies; and communicate quality activities to leadership.

The engineer will design, program, implement, and troubleshoot BAS systems, lead BAS projects, provide technical support, and deliver training.
