Provide end-to-end accounting services including AP and AR management, credit memo processing, bank wires, aging reporting, expense reports, journal and payroll entries, bank reconciliations, balance sheet schedules, and ensuring timely, high-quality client deliverables.

The Managing Director will lead restructuring and turnaround efforts in automotive and manufacturing sectors, advising clients, overseeing operations, and managing stakeholder relationships.

Manage and coordinate tax compliance and advisory for financial services clients, review federal, multinational, and multi-state partnership returns, research technical tax issues, support business development, and lead/train staff, with focus on asset manager clients (private equity, hedge funds, fund of funds, venture capital).

Provide end-to-end 1120 corporate tax services for US/global clients: tax planning, review and management of returns and workpapers, identify tax issues and solutions, client communication, and cross-border collaboration with US teams. Receive on-the-job training and support from managers while using firm technology for tax engagements.

Manage and review complex individual, partnership, and entity tax returns; supervise and train staff; maintain client relationships; conduct tax research; ensure compliance and timely delivery; support business development and professional development activities.

The role involves conducting internal audit engagements, risk assessments, and preparing audit reports. It requires effective communication and documentation of findings, under supervision.

Prepare valuations for financial reporting, tax, and management planning. Build DCF, capitalized earnings, market multiple, and NAV models; analyze financial statements, industry data, and peer metrics; draft valuation analyses, memos, and reports; assist in review of valuations for audit clients. Use Microsoft Office, Capital IQ, and relevant AI tools in a client-facing, team-based environment.
