Supports federal, state, and local tax compliance and accounting, including tax return preparation, ASC 740 tax provisions, reconciliations, indirect tax filings, estimated tax payments, audits, tax research, legislative monitoring, and documentation. Requires strong communication, presentation, negotiation, project management, and cross-functional marketing skills, with travel up to 25%.

Provides system support for mortgage branch employees, specializing in Encompass LOS troubleshooting, loan setup, disclosures, system errors, and support-queue management. Coordinates projects, trains and mentors team members, maintains documentation, develops branch-specific solutions, and ensures compliance with mortgage regulations and agency guidelines. Supports West Coast operations during Pacific Time Zone hours.

Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to a mortgage professional by managing calendars, travel, communications, records, expenses, projects, vendors, events, client relationships, social media, and online reputation activities. Coordinates outreach and relationship-building initiatives, maintains accurate contact information, tracks deliverables and follow-ups, improves workflows, and resolves logistical challenges while handling confidential information with discretion.

Review mortgage applications and documentation within 24 hours, evaluate borrower eligibility using investor guidelines and AUS (DU/LP), render and document guideline‑aligned pre-approval decisions, coordinate action plans with Loan Advisors, consult underwriting when needed, prepare files for lock/contract processing, and support audit, coaching, and rework diagnosis.

Support branch financial analysis and Workday administration. Build reports, automate processes, analyze large datasets, investigate P&L irregularities, and present insights to improve financial efficiencies.

Provide legal interpretation and guidance on mortgage fees, disclosures, documents, and vendor integrations. Translate regulatory requirements into actionable business and testing requirements, review system configurations and document outputs for compliance, conduct legal research, document decisions, and partner with Compliance, Technology, Operations, and vendors to resolve issues and support implementations.

Manage the Non-Funded Support Team ensuring timely dispositioning, regulatory compliance (ECOA, FCRA, adverse action), oversight of LOS pipelines, JIRA-based risk lifecycle tasks, UAT and post-implementation validation, and act as primary stakeholder for audits, exams, and compliance inquiries.

Lead medium-to-large regulatory and compliance change initiatives: translate Legal impact assessments into business, system, and process requirements; coordinate Technology, Operations, Risk, and vendors to implement and validate changes; document testing and approvals for audit; mentor analysts and improve the change management program.
