Support digital and print marketing through graphic design and basic HTML email development. Create social media graphics, branded assets, and print materials. Collaborate with the marketing team, maintain brand consistency, troubleshoot creative challenges, and meet project deadlines.

Manage post-closing CEMA and Cooperative (CO-OP) loan pipelines: review documentation for accuracy, assemble and ship collateral packages, upload and image documents into the LOS, obtain missing items, liaise with settlement agents, clients, investors and internal teams, meet production SLAs, and notarize/process documents as needed.

Support design, administration, and compliance of medical, dental, vision, life, disability, voluntary benefits and multi-state leave programs. Manage vendors, 401(k) administration, HRIS data integrity, open enrollment, employee inquiries, leave tracking, and accommodation processes while partnering with HR leadership and third-party administrators.

Provide legal counsel and manage responses to federal and state regulatory examinations, audits, and information requests. Coordinate documentation, track findings and remediation, update policies, and advise senior leadership on examination strategy and compliance matters.

Provide legal counsel on federal and state mortgage lending laws, lead regulatory change management, advise on new products and business initiatives, translate regulatory requirements into operational controls, draft and update policies, support audits and regulatory inquiries, and collaborate cross-functionally to mitigate compliance risks.

Manage and maintain job descriptions, salary structures, and compensation grades. Conduct compensation analysis, administer performance management in Workday, support managers on promotions/reclassifications, ensure compliance with labor laws, and prepare compensation reports and training.
